Firstly i'd like to say my butt has been saved more times than i can count by a good instajump BM set. Furthermore, it makes travelling a HELL of a lot less tedious, but only when it turns out no one else was in my way anyway over 30+ jump one-way trips... likewise instadocking.
That said, remove 'em. But not all of 'em. Will neuter this huge wonderspace into a set of warptubes :P.
We'll leave safespots for another flamefest; let's keep this to instas, please, there's a good troll 
Instead of that ill-fated "universal warpscramble" around gates, why not have a fairly large radius around jumpgates where that huge pulsing zinging energy field simply does not allow bookmarks to be made?
Maybe a similar "secure zone" around stations.
YES, one could still place a bookmark just outside that zone, but as long as the zone is annoyingly sized, no warp-at choice from no direction will yield a perfect placement, and that's all that is needed. Someone using a bookmark to arrive in an *unexpected* position relative to the gate is fine, and great, and welcome... as long as they still have to run for it.
Yes, frigates run a risk of dying in one shot from a battleship. Maybe this shouldn't be done until size is also a factor in weapon accuracy, not just speed. Maybe it isn't even needed. Yes, you risk being instasplatted running battleship blockads in a Ciagarette, so what, you knew that already right?
instajumps and instadocks are just silly. the invul timer is stil in place such that my vigil with a FRACTIONAL lock time gets rightclick-> lock -> target is invul... rightclick -> lock -> target is invul ... rightclick -> lock -> they gone. 
PS can i make a hotkey for "lock target?" please? Fighting other players, the modules, the ships, and all our skills to achive lock is great; fighting the UI is not. There have been uncountable improvements overall since release, but the manner in which one tries to lock someone who's just arrived is still an atmosphere breaker for me, i feel like i'm highlighting cells in Excel or something 
Anyway. Before i ramble off. Instakiller: viable idea or not?
And remember, safespot fistfight is down the hall. This is about instas.
